i am wearing my white blouse from target (surprisingly i think this might have been my most worn item…and it is from TARGET for like $15…i love it), cream sweater jacket from express, blank nyc skinny cargos, steve madden linderr boots (ladies…believe the reviews when you read them…i was warned that these boots make a lot of noise and they do…but i still like them). i think both the feather necklace and coral ring are from h&m.

OMG. i can NOT believe the 30 for 30 remix challenge is over. i can NOT wait to wear something new. i can NOT wait to SHOP. in fact, i may go tonight…and if not tonight, definitely this weekend. the next everybody, everywhere is on tuesday and the theme is polka dots. i went through my entire closet and i do not own a single polka dot anything! the only thing i found was an unopened headband that came for free with a modcloth order. so…i have to confess again. i actually bought a polka dot skirt on etsy this week but it probably isn’t going to get here before monday =( but don’t you worry…i WILL find something! back to the 30 for 30…i am truly SO glad i did it. i wore things that i never would have thought to put together before because i would have just thrown on my go-to outfit of jeans and a cardigan. or even worse yet, i was starting to get way too comfortable in my pj’s. i also realized that i have a lot more clothes than i thought i did. the hardest part for me was making the time to get ready. and i have an even greater respect for you ladies that do ootd posts every day. it is a lot of work to take the pics, edit them (you probably wouldn’t even recognize me in person), and then write anything remotely interesting. which is why i usually am just blabbing or singing la la la la….elmo song. a BIG thank you to kendi for showing me that i DO have something to wear (but don’t tell the husband)!
