i am wearing: feather dress by axparisusa, cream sweater from express, beaded necklace from womens expo, born sandals (not pictured), bracelet from a shop in hawaii and my purse is marc jacobs. nail polish is “caitlin” by zoya.

we originally planned to go to palm springs this weekend, but when our plans fell through we decided to still have “date night” on saturday and met up with friends for dinner. we had a blast and a few too many margaritas so sunday was spent vegging on the couch, taking turns taking naps and watching movies. the weather was cold & dreary so it was a perfect day to spend indoors. these aren’t the best pics because we were running late and it was super muggy out so my hair was frizzing out of control. i also forgot to get a pic of the back of the dress which is actually my favorite part…it has a panel of stripes going down the back which i had no idea about when i bought it online!

    I love this dress. I’ve been avoiding the maxi trend. I just don’t think I can pull it off. Although, I did see some at Target the other day that I might have to try … I might just have to give in!!

    Great dress, i love anything with feathers, the print or fluffy things. The necklace here is goregous. Sounds like a pretty perfect date night to me.

    I love the dress! I’ve wondered about the dresses on axparisusa! I like a lot of them but wasn’t sure about quality and European sizes. Was this all you bought?
