i am wearing: ruche orange creamsicle cutout dress, asos belt, jessica simpson wedges, h&m bracelets & necklace, michael kors watch.

my mom left on vacation for NINE days today with her two sisters. great for her…not so great for me. my mom usually comes over almost every day to visit which gives me a few minutes to breathe each day. i do not know how people do it without family living close by. we are so lucky!!! so now i am counting down the days until grandma returns. and then i am taking a WHOLE day off for myself. i just want to get in my car and drive with my music blaring and not have to worry about any schedules. it is going to be mommy day…who knows…i might even let someone else do my nails for a change! =)

    I love the dress! Tangerine is definitely the color of summer this year. I recently went on a little tangerine shopping spree myself (check out the purchases here)

    And, I know exactly how you feel when it comes to the love of Mom. I talk to my Mom every day and see her almost every second day. I’m a huge wreck right now because she is leaving to live in the UAE for THREE YEARS! I have a mini panic attack thinking about it. So, hang in there… I suppose it could be worse!

    I love this dress on you & the way you did your hair is so pretty! This might be one of my favorites of yours! Btw, I completely understand about the “grandma” thing…when we moved away from both our families it was SO hard! Thankfully, my husband has stepped up & now gives me “mommy” days a couple times a month – they are definitely needed!!
