i am wearing: f21 maxi dress (yes, the $15.50 maxi), necklace was a gift from my mom, f21 ring and jessica simpson wedges (not shown). my lipstick is really red by revlon and my nail polish is “milan” by nailtiques.

this dress cost $15.50 and of course now i am kicking myself that i didn’t get it in any other colors because it is sold out online. fingers crossed that it will be back in stock. i love dresses that you can just throw on and run out the door and that’s pretty much what i did today. it seems like each day is busier than the next and i can never get my to-do lists finished. as much as i don’t want to admit it…blogging has taken up a considerable amount of my time. i have magazines and books stacked up unread, laundry pouring out of my laundry basket and company coming over again this weekend. i have decided i am going to try out laura’s (THE hollywood housewife) “life in increments” philosophy so i can try to get caught up in life. btw, have i told you how much i love her blog? because i do. and she also happens to be the cutest pregnant lady ever.

    I love dresses like this that are an outfit all on their own perfect for days when everything seems to be rushing by at 100 mph! It’s just an added bonus that it looks fabulous on you and was super affordable. I am headed to Laura’s blog now, because I seriously need help getting my “to do” list back under control.

    I love some of the deals at Forever 21! $15.50? Can’t beat it for a cute maxi. I know what you mean about blogging taking up a lot of time. I love it but sometimes feel like it takes over my life! LOL In a good way though! All the stuff I don’t really want to do (laundry, dishes) gets pushed to the side. Will be checking out the other blog for inspiration!
