this was me about 30 minutes before i went in for my c-section on the day eep was born. he was breech at every single ultrasound which freaked me out because i swear he didn’t have enough room to move. he was only on the other side of my belly once during an ultrasound but still in the breech position. so we got to pick his birthday. even though i was scared to have such a major surgery, i was excited to know exactly when he was coming.

i will never forget when they held him up and we met eyes. he looked EXACTLY like his daddy. i fell in love instantly. my life was forever changed in ways i had never imagined. it is true what they say…being a mom is the hardest job in the world AND the most rewarding. i am so lucky that i get to stay at home with my angel baby and see every “first”. i can not believe my little baby is a year old today. happy birthday eep…mamma loves you.

    Ok, first of all, you are the most adorable pregnant woman EVER! I did not look even close to that cute when I was going in for my c-section!!

    there are no words to describe that feeling, huh!? I have a three month old and keep wondering if the excitement ever dims? Hope you have fun celebrating one year, you are one beautiful mama!

    Happy Belated Birthday to Eep! I love that you look so gorgeous and together at 9 months pregnant!! I needed to have a planned c-section for my son’s birth too. I was really anxious about it at first, but I embraced it in the end and like you loved being able to pick his birth date 🙂
