i am wearing: banana republic sequin sweater (similar here and here), urban outfitter shorts (similar), guess loafer pumps (not shown), marc jacobs bag (also not shown), f21 necklace, vintage ring and michael kors watch. i apologize in advance for not getting the greatest outfit pics this time around…i was rushing to even get these!

so…ever since my son started walking, i’ve been trying to get him out and about as much as possible. we live in a rural town so unfortunately there aren’t any kids for him to play with. in an effort to try and socialize him more, i joined a few mommy meet-up groups. so far we have gone on a few park playdates, watched a kids band play (twice), went to an indoor jungle gym and even went to a halloween dress-up party! so needless to say…there haven’t been many post worthy outfits to share. i bought this sweater months ago and finally got to wear it this weekend. it is really light and will be easy to layer when/if it starts to cool down. although i’m not sure i’ll ever want to cover the sequins!!! =)

    I’m loving this look!! I wish shorts were still acceptable around here…it’s freezing already! I don’t think tights would even help..
    That sweater is so pretty on you…love the sequin detail- I’ve been wanting a sequin front sweater-shirt..but I usually have a clothes rule…”buy nothing that I have to take an insurance out on” haha I’d ruin it somehow!

    LOVE the sweater – the sequins are a great little detail. i wouldn’t want to cover them up either! the little shorts are too cute – i have a pair that are similar and i love them so much but my husband thinks they look like sleepwear. boys don’t get it at all, do they?

    this is adorable!! love how you paired the sequin detail with the scallop on the hem of the shorts! I wouldn’t want to cover the sequins, but it is a great color sweater that would go with just about any jacket/vest 🙂 great outfit, doll!
