They say…”If you haven’t worn it in a year, get rid of it”. I don’t know who “they” are but if I followed that rule, I never would have found this striped dress in the back of my closet. I think the rule should be more along the lines of…”if you bought it and STILL (as in NEVER) haven’t worn it in a year…then MAYBE…consider getting rid of it!
