I don’t know about you, but I am already starting to think about the upcoming holiday season and how full our calendar already seems to be! As soon as it’s November, I start stressing about how much I have to do before Thanksgiving and then somehow I am always scrambling at the last minute trying to get all of my Christmas shopping done. The good news is, I usually work better under pressure. LOL. But one of the fun parts is planning for all of the holiday parties this time of the year. We’ve got a couple events next weekend and this fit & flare dress from Banana Republic is my number one contender. I wore it here with bare legs but for the evening event, I am going to wear it with some opaque black tights and booties. I may also pull out my wool coat since it has been FREEZING here in the evenings. Ok, maybe not freezing but in the low fifties is basically freezing to this California girl. I also am keeping my accessories to a minimum because this bow mini crossbody bag with the gold chain strap is kind of the statement piece of my look. It is the perfect size for carrying all of my essentials and there is nothing better than being hands free at a party. Is it just me or does anyone else get a cramp in their arm from squeezing their clutch in one arm and a drink in the other? And then you always have to do the awkward hand shake while trying to hold both. #amirightladies
