If you’ve been following my blog for a while, then you may already know that I am forever on the hunt for the so-called “fountain of youth”. Now that I am in my 40’s, I seem to be perpetually tired and my eyes are a dead giveaway. So when I got the opportunity  to try a new-to-me eye cream, I jumped at the chance. Especially when it contains ingredient that I haven’t tried yet.  So today I introduce you to VIIcode T2 Oxygen Eye Cream 2.5. For years I’ve used products with harsh chemicals but more recently I’ve been intrigued by products that contain more natural ingredients. This eye cream contains evening primrose to boost circulation & smooth wrinkles, avocado to deliver antioxidants, elderberry for glowing skin and chamomilla recutita to reduce flaky skin which combined leave your skin feeling refreshed day & night. I’ve been using the eye cream for almost a month now and wanted to share my experience with you.

First things first…the packaging! The VIIcode T2 Oxygen Eye Cream comes in a beautiful cobalt blue jar in a little leather (at least it feels like leather) pouch. The jar also contains a crescent shaped activation strip that you can use to apply the product. I, unfortunately, mistook it for the inner seal and threw it out so I applied the product directly with my ring finger. But the activation strip is a tool to help remove dead cell buildup and prepare the skin for better absorption. The cream can be used both morning (to help protect against pollution & UV rays) and night (to repair skin cells). I mostly use it in the evening but it does work seamlessly with my morning skincare & makeup routine as well. I didn’t notice much difference when it came to dark circles but it does absorb nicely without any sticky residue and leaves my under eye area feeling super moisturized. It definitely appears to soften my under eye lines and helps keep concealer creasing at bay (which is my biggest problem)!  The VIIcode T2 Oxygen Eye Cream retails for $199 and can be purchased here. It’s definitely a luxury product but a little bit goes a long way. Do you use an eye cream in your everyday skincare routine?

Disclosure: Thank you to VIIcode for sponsoring this post. I also received the VIIcode T2 Oxygen Eye Cream free of charge for reviewing purposes. All opinions are my own.
