I’ve been on a mission to update my athleisure wardrobe so I thought I would share some of my new favorites pieces from adidas. BTW, is anyone else FINALLY getting used to the fact that EVERYTHING is cropped these days? It took me a long time to accept it, but now that I have, I’m sure the trends will change on me again! For now, this adidas 3-stripe short hoodie is definitely going to be on repeat!

I immediately fell in love with this pleated skort. I am not sure if it was the color that reeled me in or the fact that I am obsessed with tennis wear. Even though I can’t play tennis if my life depended on it. I’m absolutely terrible at it! I can’t loosen my grip no matter what I do and I end up hitting the ball entirely outside of the court and into the parking lot. After the last time I played, I couldn’t even grip a pen to sign my receipt. Maybe I would be better at pickle ball with a smaller paddle instead of a racquet?! But I digress. Can we just stop for a sec to admire this adorable skirt (skort)?

For some reason, when it comes to workout clothes, I only gravitate towards neutrals. So this skirt is my way of adding color into the mix. The color is called “collegiate green”. Just looking at it now, I’m thinking about going back to find anything else available in this color. That is how much I love it! Although I love the skirt/skorts so much, I kinda want it in black too!

Speaking of updating my wardrobe…take a gander at those socks! Who am I? Surely don’t look Gen X in those babies! HA HA…j/k. For anyone who doesn’t know what I’m talking about…the younger generation only wears socks like this. And us older folks typically wear no-see-’em or ankle socks. I simply cannot do it with leggings. I swear it cuts my legs off and looks awkward! But for some reason I don’t mind it with shorts/skirts. Go figure!
