My thoughts: I love the scent of this lotion…not too strong which I appreciate.

Emerge smooth, radiant and gloriously touchable. My thoughts: This had leaked in my box and unfortunately the scent is VERY strong. Why is it always the strong scented item that leaks? lol.

My thoughts: I don’t really wear shadow often enough to really appreciate this product so I am giving it to one of my girlfriends.

I’ve been seeing an esthetician (Kimberly at Headlines Salon in Encinitas) for monthly facials for the last three months. She got me started on Yonka products which I LOVE (see full review here) but I still get the occasional hormonal cyst-like zit. So on my last appointment with her, she offered to treat the area with a high frequency facial. I’d never heard of such a thing but was excited to see the results. I usually get an anti-aging facial but on this appointment, she did a custom half anti-aging (eye area) and half acne (chin area) treatment and then followed up with the high frequency treatment just on my chin. It feels like you are getting zapped (almost like you are being constantly shocked with static electricity but NOT as bad…lol.) but not too uncomfortable. I definitely saw an immediate improvement in redness and swelling. I’m not sure if it actually made the zit heal faster but it sure did “feel” like it! Yesterday I attended the “CAbi B.i.G. Event” and let me tell you…CAbi girls are THE MOST positive, supportive group of women I have ever met. You can literally feel the energy when you walk into the room. These women all have a story to tell and to hear how CAbi has changed their lives is pretty inspiring. I have had the pleasure of hearing CAbi’s president Kimberly Inskeep speak at CAbi Scoop back in 2012 and then again at this gathering. The message this year…to be a woman on purpose.
