Is it just me or is my hair all the way grown out already? I am going to the hair salon tomorrow and I think I’m going to chop it again. Once you make that first cut, it’s kind of addicting! BTW, I was pretty excited when I saw how well these espadrilles matched my new top. Comfy + Cute = Win.

Has anyone else noticed that I haven’t done the flamingo pose lately (#dothejenn)? I swear on my life that it wasn’t a conscious decision. It just sort of happened when I got the new lens. The new lens stole my flamingo.  LOL. But don’t worry…now I seem to be constantly looking over my shoulder. So we need to come up with a hashtag for that one I guess. =) Or I need to just stop with the off the shoulder shirts. One things for sure…I am definitely not very comfortable in crop tops. And this one isn’t even bad. So much for that idea.

As most of you know, I take all of my pics at my home (with a tripod & remote) and I’ve been trying to get a little more creative with my locations. I’ve also gotten a LITTLE more comfortable with my new lens although I still haven’t mastered the full length  pics. Hence….no full length pics today. =) But I don’t really care because really this skirt is all you need to see. =) It was another fab find from Swirl Boutique. Sadly, they don’t have an online store but if you love it as much as I do you could always call one of their two stores and order it I’m sure. P.S. Title of this post has nothing to do with this outfit. Just had the song in my head. It was that or America’s Got Talent. Because that is what I have on pause while I finish this post. LOL.

I follow one of my fave vintage shops (El Vintage) on Instagram and as soon as they posted this kaftan, I could not purchase it quick enough! Thank goodness  it wasn’t an ebay find because with as many people that wanted this, I probably would have lost the bidding wars! The embroidery is ahhh-mazing. I was so happy that the sun finally decided to come out (and stay out) this weekend so we got to pull out eep’s kiddie pool and have a picnic under the gazebo.

First of all, gahhhh….how cute is this box? Dallas Shaw‘s illustrations are just ahhhhhmazing. She collaborated with Glossybox this month to curate the American Beauty box. I could not wait to see what was inside! Here’s what I got:

I LOVE the nude outer ring color with the pop of pink center! So fun to wear and it’s very moisturizing.

I’ve had three signature perfumes in my lifetime (Bijan, Poeme and most recently…Nannette Lepore perfume) and all of them pretty strong so it’s strange that I don’t like perfume much anymore. I wasn’t a big fan of any of these really but it may have to do with the fact that I smelled them all one after the other and felt a little sick after.
