My husband and I had our previous mattress for close to ten years and it was starting to show its age. You could see both of our body impressions permanently indented and we could literally roll into our spots because it had gotten so bad. But with our current home remodel going on, we put a new mattress purchase on the backburner. So I can not tell you how excited I was when I was contacted to try out and review a new Simmons Beautyrest Black Hybrid Mattress. Even though I was certain any new mattress would be an improvement, I was still a little nervous that it would be too soft or too firm so I sent my hubby over to our local Mattress Firm to check out the three different styles. We decided on the Wellington 15.8 Pillow Top style and are SO happy with our decision. I am a side sleeper so I toss and turn all night and sometimes wake up with sore hips and/or shoulders. This mattress feels like it molds to my body keeping my spine in perfect alignment. There was zero transition period and both my husband and I have slept better than we could have even imagined!

I was very happy with the level of customer service we received. From the gentleman at our local store who helped us decide which mattress to choose as well as the guys that delivered our mattress. I will warn you though…the mattress was very hard to carry up our stairs. I wasn’t aware that you have to request a special service to have the mattress installed so my hubby had to call a buddy over to help him get it up the stairs. Other than that…we are over the moon about our new mattress. Nighty night!

The Uncorked Wine Walk & VIP Event is one of their most popular Summer events. And for good reason…get all the details below. Savor some of Temecula Valley’s finest vintages while tasting bites from Westfield UTC select restaurants. Enjoy live acoustic performances from top local Plaza Unplugged artists.

New this year: For an elevated VIP experience, limited tickets available to end your evening enjoying a private pairing event hosted by The Winery Restaurant & Wine Bar with coursed small plates, fine wines, entertainment and an intimate flavor pairing instruction with Chef Goetz and Sommelier William Lewis. Over the past decade, The Winery Restaurant & Wine Bar Partners JC Clow, William Lewis and Chef Yvon Goetz have created quite a stir by successfully pairing contemporary California regional cuisine, with a hip, vibrant, sophisticated setting, to create a cutting-edge dining experience.

THE WINERY AT UNCORKED VIP PRIVATE PAIRING EVENT

6-8PM: Unwind after the Uncorked Wine Walk with a private pairing event hosted by The Winery Restaurant & Wine Bar, a new restaurant that will join the UTC collection in October, with coursed small plates, signature fine wines, entertainment and an intimate flavor pairing instruction with Chef Goetz and Sommelier William Lewis. Tickets: $45 (includes the Wine Walk)
